A wonderful platter to serve, especially during the spring and summer season, but it works all year round. This platter has received so much praise from our customers.

Herb-marinated pork loin or chicken fillet, charcuterie platter, piece of pie, small fruit platter, and a delicious potato salad.

Accompaniments: Cold sauce with sweet chili and lime.
