Svarte buffet

A luxurious buffet with charcuterie, roast beef, chili-marinated chicken skewers, and hot-smoked salmon.

Included: Hot-smoked salmon with green asparagus and peas. Sauna-smoked ham and melon, marinated chicken skewers, salami, and roast beef with pickled onions.

Accompaniments: Herb pasta with salad cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and herb dressing (cold sauce). Potato salad and roe sauce for the salmon.

Ordered as a buffet platter, minimum 4 people.

Option: Replace the pasta salad with potato gratin. SEK 25 extra per portion.
